Exporting the Interviewer Comments Log

Interviewer comments may be entered at any time during CAPI or ACASI interviews. See Interviewer Comments in CAPI and Interviewer Comments in ACASI. They are automatically saved into a log file (*.LOG) into the same folder as CAPI or ACASI data; however, they may also be exported from the Warehouse Manager.

Export Interviewer Comments

1. Go to File|Export Interviews.
2. Select Interviewer Comments Log (*.TXT) from the Save as type box.
3. Click Save.

A dialog box will indicate how many records contained comments and were exported to the specified text file.
