Substitution Tokens in Tables

The following Substitution Tokens are reserved for use within Tables and are in some cases required. See Inserting a Table Element, Adding Data Elements in Tables, and Defining Table Categories.

• &C: Table Category Suffix (&C)
• &LBL: Table Category Label (&LBL)
• &TXT: Table Category Text (&TXT)
• &ALT: Table Category Alternate Text (&ALT)

Every Data Element within a Table is subject to the following requirements:

• Question text must include a Category description (&TXT, &ALT, or &LBL)
• Variable name must include the Category Suffix (&C)
• Question suffix must include the Category Suffix (&C)
