Summary Report Sample

A summary report file named "Health Study 10 A.RTF" indicates that the Subject ID was "10" and an additional identifier (e.g., VISIT) was "A". These identifiers "10" and "A" appear in both the filename and header.

Question numbers appear in the first column, followed by variable name and variable label. The response and corresponding value label appear beneath the variable label (if there is no value label, the response value appears again). In the following sample, the value chosen for GENDER was 2 with the value label of Female.
