Children's Inn GuestbookBack | ||
In May 2004, NOVA donated 59 colorful guestbooks for the patients and families of the Children's Inn — one for each guestroom of the newly-renovated Inn. NOVA took on this truly worthy project, donating design, writing, and production for a new guestbook for the Children's Inn on the NIH campus. The Children's Inn is a free residence for pediatric oncology outpatients at the NIH and their families. The philosophy behind the Inn is that families make a difference in the lives and healing of their sick children. Having a free place for the whole family to stay lessens the family's financial burden, reduces stress, and gives the patients a place to be kids for a while.The guestbook NOVA designed contains important information about the Inn and its facilities and services — much like the concierge book you would find in any hotel room.
