NOVA Research Company's evaluation services include moving from program plans and protocols to development of qualitative and quantitative evaluation plans, instruments, and metrics. Our evaluation services team implements those plans and instruments, including in-depth personal interviews, focus groups, cross-sectional and longitudinal surveys, and observational surveys; we then compile the collected information, conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses, prepare findings, conclusions, and recommendations, and assist or conduct presentations and prepare publications.

Evaluation Services for the NCI Center to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities (CRCHD)
NOVA staff are collaborating with CRCHD Program Administrators to plan a comprehensive evaluation for CRCHD's patient navigator intervention research program.
Life After Cancer Treatment
NOVA worked closely with the National Cancer Institute's Office of Education
and Special Initiatives in the formative research and formative evaluation
of the Facing Forward series of books (Life After Cancer Treatment, Siga
adelante: La vida después del tratamiento del cáncer, and Ways You Can Make A Difference in Cancer). NOVA is currently involved in an evaluation
project related to the promotion of the Facing Forward series as well as in
the evaluation of the efficacy of the books to increase knowledge and
awareness of cancer survivorship issues.
